Appointments and registrations are considered confirmed once booked.

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

For later cancellations or missed appointments, the full fee will be charged.

Cancellations up to 31 days before the start of the course are free of charge.

For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be charged.

For cancellations less than 7 days before the course begins, or in the case of non-attendance, the full course fee will be charged.

Missed course sessions cannot be refunded.

I reserve the right to cancel the event if fewer than six participants register.
