The way you speak to yourself and to others shapes how you think, how you respond, and the quality of your relationships.
In my counselling and coaching practice in Zurich, I support you in gaining clarity, recognising patterns, and discovering new ways to move forward.
Many of my clients are navigating demanding professional lives, family responsibilities, or the challenges of living and working in an international environment.
Alongside one-on-one sessions, I also offer communication workshops, as
well as speaking engagements for schools and parent
councils (both currently available in German only). If you are interested in joining a workshop in English, feel free to get in touch. English-speaking workshops are currently
being planned.
Sometimes life can feel slightly out of balance.
Not because of a major crisis, but because of many small tensions that quietly build up over time.
Nothing dramatic, yet something doesn’t feel quite right.
Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and take a closer look.
You begin to recognise your communication patterns more clearly, understand what may lie beneath them, and discover new ways of responding.
In our sessions, we focus on what is genuinely happening in your life, personally or professionally. The process is flexible and tailored to your individual situation.
You may be dealing with:
At the beginning, it is often not about finding quick solutions. It is about truly understanding your situation.
What is happening beneath the surface?
What triggers certain reactions?
Where do patterns repeat themselves, and why?
Our conversations give you the space to explore these questions without pressure or urgency. Gradually, things begin to fall into place. Your thoughts become clearer, your feelings easier to understand, and the wider picture begins to make sense.
From there, solutions emerge that genuinely fit you – grounded, authentic, and sustainable.
Family life does not always unfold smoothly, and very often, that is where growth begins.
In these small groups, you connect with other parents, share experiences, and discover new perspectives on everyday family life. It is a space for reflection, shared learning, and mutual support.
Together, we look at real-life situations from your daily family experience, explore them thoughtfully, and combine reflection with practical professional guidance. In doing so, we develop responses that feel authentic, realistic, and workable for your family.
For greater clarity, more confidence, and relationships that can continue to grow.

Leadership is communication – and communication shapes relationships.
In professional life, the greatest challenges are often not technical, but interpersonal.
Through coaching, I support you in:
You also have the opportunity to deepen practical communication skills through my workshops and apply them directly in your day-to-day professional life.
Greater inner clarity creates confidence in how you lead, communicate, and respond.
I do not simply listen; I help you recognise what may be happening beneath the surface.
As you speak, I often map out connections, tensions, and inner dynamics that gradually become visible through the conversation.
What may once have felt vague or difficult to grasp slowly begins to take shape.
And sometimes, there is a moment where everything suddenly clicks:
“Now I can see it. Now I understand what has been happening.”
My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis.
Transactional Analysis is a practical psychological approach that helps people better understand inner parts, relationship patterns, and recurring dynamics while also offering practical tools that translate naturally into everyday life.
At its core, it supports personal growth and the development of healthy, constructive relationships.
My approach brings together structure with intuition:
Alongside structured models, I also work with creative and experiential methods. And yes, there is room for humour too.
I see counselling as a process of shared exploration – thoughtful, reflective, and oriented towards meaningful change.
Together, we clarify your concerns, explore patterns and perspectives, and develop approaches that feel authentic, practical, and sustainable in everyday life.
Along the way, we also pay attention to what is already there:
This allows solutions to emerge that are grounded in who you are, while strengthening your ability to navigate future challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I work with people who are willing to take an honest and reflective look at themselves and their patterns.
Psychosocial counselling is intended for people who are generally psychologically stable and looking for thoughtful, resource-oriented support. It does not replace psychotherapy. If it becomes clear that another form of support may be more beneficial, I am very happy to guide you towards the appropriate support.
All sessions are, of course, treated with the strictest confidentiality.
Would you like to better understand your situation and communicate more intentionally?
I would be delighted to hear from you.
