I am a psychosocial counsellor and communication trainer based in Zurich, supporting individuals, parents, professionals, and leaders in building relationships that feel clearer, more authentic, and more constructive.
My work isn’t centred around finding the “perfect” way to communicate.
It’s about understanding ourselves, and others, more deeply.
Because what shapes our relationships isn’t just what we say, but also what lies beneath it: our assumptions, emotional patterns, personal history, and the way we show up with one another.
And sometimes, of course, by the particular way we say, "I’m fine.”
That is exactly where my own path toward intentional communication began.
Throughout my years working in customer service, leadership, and people-focused roles, I became increasingly fascinated by communication, especially within multilingual and intercultural environments.
When my two children were born, communication suddenly became far more personal. I read countless parenting books and discovered that while many concepts sounded convincing in theory, applying them in everyday family life was often considerably more challenging. Children, it turns out, are remarkably unimpressed by perfectly formulated communication models.
Everything changed when I discovered Thomas Gordon’s Parent Effectiveness Training. For the first time, I encountered an approach that felt both practical and genuinely human.
Soon I realised that these principles extended far beyond parenting. They positively influenced all kinds of relationships: within family life, friendships, teams, leadership roles, and professional collaboration.
I began applying this approach in both my personal and professional life and experienced first-hand how intentional communication can strengthen trust, reduce conflict, and create more meaningful connections.
This experience eventually led me to train in the Gordon communication model myself. Over time, I expanded my work through additional psychological and communication-based approaches, which gradually evolved into my own framework: kommuniKUNST.
Today, I work with people from a wide range of personal, cultural, and professional backgrounds, supporting them in navigating relationships with greater clarity, awareness, and mutual respect.
I offer one-to-one counselling and coaching, as well as communication workshops for individuals, parents, teams, and professionals, in Zurich and online.
My work was later deepened through formal training in Transactional Analysis and advanced counselling training.
I am currently pursuing certification as a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA-C).
Transactional Analysis is a practical and accessible psychological approach that helps people better understand themselves, their communication patterns, and their relationships, both personally and professionally. At its core, it supports personal growth, emotional awareness, and healthy, constructive relationships.
To ensure the quality of my work, I continue to invest in ongoing professional development through advanced training, supervision, intervision, and continued study.
Human communication, after all, continues to provide endless opportunities for learning.
In my work, I am especially interested in how people perceive, interpret, and respond to situations.
I believe that every person already carries the inner resources needed for growth and change. I see people as fundamentally capable of thinking for themselves, making responsible decisions, and finding their own path.
Real change rarely happens through pressure. More often, it begins with awareness. The more clearly we understand our inner processes, the more freedom we gain in how we respond – to ourselves, to others, and to difficult situations. Including those moments when one part of us wants to remain calm and reflective while another part is already mentally preparing a highly persuasive counterargument.
For me, meaningful change begins where awareness grows.
I follow the ethical guidelines of the Swiss Association for Counselling (SGfB) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA).
Intentional communication begins with understanding – and that is where we begin.
