In my communication workshops in Zurich and online, you will become familiar with the tools of kommuniKUNST – the power of intentional communication. The workshops combine professional insights with practical exercises and real-life examples from everyday situations.
The tools of kommuniKUNST
kommuniKUNST is based on the communication model developed by Thomas Gordon, the theories of Eric Berne and Marshall B. Rosenberg, as well as other approaches to intentional communication.
In the workshops, you will learn how to:

Take care of yourself with greater awareness
Looking after myself helps me remain connected with others.

I learn to observe more openly instead of reacting immediately.

I practise listening with the intention of truly understanding.

Short workshops – improving everyday communication
These workshops offer an introduction to the world of kommuniKUNST and Transactional Analysis.
In these compact, practice-based sessions, you will explore individual tools and learn how to apply them directly in everyday situations.
Examples:
- “Parenting without punishment: is it really possible?”
- “Anger & frustration: understanding what may lie beneath”
- “Saying no & setting boundaries: caring for yourself without guilt”
- “I’m all ears: the art of intentional listening”
Possible topics also include workshops exploring different concepts and models from Transactional Analysis

Foundations of intentional communication
This communication training in Zurich is designed for people who want to build relationships that feel more intentional, respectful, and constructive.
Across two modules, you will learn the core tools of intentional communication and gradually practise applying them in everyday life.
- Module I: “Communicating clearly & intentionally”
- Module II: “Handling conflict intentionally & constructively”

From drama to autonomy – using the Gordon Model to step out of destructive roles
This workshop is designed for participants with previous knowledge of Transactional Analysis.
You will learn how the Behaviour Window developed by Thomas Gordon can support a more intentional way out of the Drama Triangle.
Together, we will explore how the Behaviour Window can be applied alongside the patterns of the Drama Triangle. This opens up concrete ways of moving beyond destructive dynamics, strengthening autonomy, and developing greater freedom to respond more intentionally and independently.

Workshops for companies, institutions, and organisations in Zurich and surrounding area.
The content is tailored individually to the needs of your organisation.
